Run the work and the ownership together

Most tools track tasks. StakeBoard tracks tasks and who earns what for doing them — so effort and equity never drift apart.

🗂️

Scrum boards & sprints

Epics, stories, tasks, bugs, story points, drag-and-drop Kanban and sprints that auto-carry unfinished work. A real PM tool, not a toy.

🪙

Per-project equity & profit-share

Every project carries its own cap table — an equity % and an independent profit-share % per person, rolled up across the whole portfolio.

🔒

Immutable ownership ledger

Ownership is never hand-edited. It’s a projection of an append-only, hash-chained ledger — tamper-evident by design, with full who/when/why history.

📈

Live financials & valuation

Track revenue, costs and overheads → live net profit and margin. Estimate project value and see each person’s stake worth in real money.

Personal to-do + reminders

A private to-do list for every member, plus email reminders, assignment notices and a priority digest — so nothing slips.

⚖️

Legal-consent stack

Versioned equity, terms & privacy agreements with an email-verified, immutable acceptance record. Consent done right, out of the box.

How it works

From first ticket to first payout

A workflow your team already understands — with ownership baked into every step.

1

Plan the work

Spin up a project, build the backlog, run sprints and ship — with a board your team already knows how to use.

2

Assign the stake

Give each operator-partner an equity % and a profit-share %. Every change is proposed, approved and locked into the ledger.

3

Pay out the profit

As revenue lands, StakeBoard computes what each person is owed from their share — and records every payment.

The moat

Ownership you can prove, not just promise

Equity in StakeBoard is never typed over. It’s a projection of an append-only, hash-chained ledger — so the record of who owns what is tamper-evident, auditable and built to outlast any spreadsheet.

FAQ

Good questions, answered

Is StakeBoard a legal cap table of record?

No — it’s an internal source-of-truth for intended splits and accrued profit. It’s tamper-evident and auditable, but it complements (not replaces) your legal paperwork.

How is the ownership ledger “immutable”?

Every ownership change is an append-only, hash-chained event. The database physically blocks edits and deletes, and each entry is cryptographically chained to the previous one — so any tampering breaks the chain and is flagged.

Who is StakeBoard for?

Venture/app studios, agencies and founder teams who build a portfolio of products with operator-partners and want the work and the ownership to live in one place.

Can members change their own equity?

Members can propose a change to their own share; only an admin approves and posts it. Totals are guarded so a project can never exceed 100%.

Does it handle profit payouts?

Yes. Net profit × profit-share % = allocated; minus what’s been paid = owed. Every distribution is recorded per stakeholder.

Build equity into the work itself.

Give every contributor a board to ship on and a stake worth shipping for.
